A special thank you to my sales associate, Velianet Hernandez, and finance manager, Esquiel “Alex” Suarez, for making the entire experience so enjoyable. They were knowledgeable, professional, patient, and truly attentive throughout the process. What impressed me most was how thorough everything was while still being incredibly efficient. This was the first time I completed a vehicle purchase in under two hours, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. Thank you both for making what is usually a lengthy process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. I truly appreciate your outstanding service and highly recommend Lexus of North Miami to anyone looking for a first-class car-buying experience. More
