The easiest, most relaxing car dealership process of my life! Raul (sales) and Walter (manager) were both absolutely fantastic. No surprises, they weren't pushy, they were able to make everything I asked life! Raul (sales) and Walter (manager) were both absolutely fantastic. No surprises, they weren't pushy, they were able to make everything I asked happen... The whole experience was excellent. We live a couple of hours away, so their warranty options didn't work for us, but even in discussion with Vanessa in finance, I never felt like the sales tactics were too aggressive, and there were NO SURPRISE DEALER ADD ONS!!! The car is great and we will absolutely send people to work with this dealership in the future. Thanks to the whole team! More

Called San Leandro CDJR early Friday evening and got lucky--Rick Martinez answered the phone! Rick was super knowledgeable about the used Rivian I was looking at. After we hung up, he went to the lot lucky--Rick Martinez answered the phone! Rick was super knowledgeable about the used Rivian I was looking at. After we hung up, he went to the lot and took a video of the truck for me to answer a bunch of questions I had. I appreciated so much that this dealership didn't play games with hidden add-ons, fees, or services, making it easy to finalize the deal, including financing, on Saturday morning. Sunday morning I flew into Oakland from San Diego. Even though it was his day off, Rick went above and beyond, even picking me up at the airport. After enjoying a cup of coffee, I was in and out of the dealership in a matter of minutes--the truck was perfect. I can't recommend Rick Martinez and his team enough for anyone considering buying a new or used car. More

This was hands-down, the easiest auto buying experience I ever had. Rick Martinez was so easy to work with, as was their finance manager Vanessa. I appreciated the fact that everything was upfront –they didn ever had. Rick Martinez was so easy to work with, as was their finance manager Vanessa. I appreciated the fact that everything was upfront –they didn’t add on a bunch of nonsense fees or accessories or try to pressure me into any services I didn’t really need. Contacted Rick Friday evening, concluded the deal over the phone on Saturday and flew up from San Diego to pick up the next day. Delivery and handoff could not have been easier. I highly recommend you go see Rick Martinez if you’re looking to buy, sell, or trade your car! Five stars all the way! More
