My wife and I went to Costal Kia to purchase a vehicle and trade in our 2020 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium. Prior to going to the dealership, we received a trade in value of $31,000 for our vehicle. We and trade in our 2020 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium. Prior to going to the dealership, we received a trade in value of $31,000 for our vehicle. We met with Joshua Lebrun and later Cody, product specialist. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. Upon deciding on purchasing the 2024 Kia Sportage, we expected a fair offer on our vehicle. The first offer came back to us at $19,000. We were shocked at the unexpected low offer. We were going to leave and Joshua brought Uber Hernandez to the desk. I expressed my disappointment in his offer and said we were expecting $30,000. He said his system that he uses does not show that amount. I asked to see his system numbers and he refused. After more negotiations and Uber insisting for us to work with him, we agreed on a very low offer. (Our mistake, we should have canceled the deal). We felt Uber high pressured us into accepting his low offer. We then met with the financial manager and signed everything. I expected a copy. I had to ask and was given a thumb drive. We went home and did more research on our Toyota value on different sites. They ranged from $31 to $35,000. I went back the next day to talk to Uber about his under valuation of our Toyota. He did not care (with a smirk on his face). Now your dealership is selling the Sienna for $39,500 VIP price $34900.
