Aiden met us in the parking lot as we pulled in. He asked great questions about what we were looking for in a vehicle. Aiden went right to work on his PC and found us 2 low mileage cars and took u He asked great questions about what we were looking for in a vehicle. Aiden went right to work on his PC and found us 2 low mileage cars and took us to look at them immediately. We drove the 2025 Telluride and returned to his office. We were also shown a new Sorento as a comparison with a full warranty and in the same neighborhood price wise as the used Telluride. Aiden even parked them side by side so we could compare. But after driving the Sorento we decided to purchase the 2025 Telluride. It's always a long process to purchase and trade in a vehicle but Coastal Kia is very efficient and we never felt we were wasting our time. Since the purchase, Aiden has texted numerous times to ensure we were still happy with our vehicle and has offered to assist us in setting up and understanding the new technology in the Kia's. Never once did Aiden or his manager try to upsell us as we were making our decision. Because we did not have our title with us for our trade-in, Aiden drove to our home to pick it up. Overall a great experience! More
