The customer service has not been ideal. The online scheduler is frequently down and it has been very difficult to make appointments via phone. They almost didn't honor my free oil change co The online scheduler is frequently down and it has been very difficult to make appointments via phone. They almost didn't honor my free oil change coupon because I was told "they are no longer accepted." The only reason it was accepted was that the manager was helping another customer for a prolonged period of time so my attendant approved it, but did take my coupon card which had one more available oil change. This coupon code was initially given to me in the first place because this dealership did a mileage service and charged me without my knowledge after I had already gotten it done at a different Hyundai dealership. More
