I've no longer an employee but still a customer for the service department! & that reason is because this GUY RIGHT HERE!! Matt is the best advisor, he's knowledgeable. Tylor, Matt, and Matt are the best t service department! & that reason is because this GUY RIGHT HERE!! Matt is the best advisor, he's knowledgeable. Tylor, Matt, and Matt are the best thing to happen to this Location. Stems from the leadership in the service department by Greg. Sadly I chose the wrong side of the business but greatful to have worked with these fellas. More

The customer service has not been ideal. The online scheduler is frequently down and it has been very difficult to make appointments via phone. They almost didn't honor my free oil change co The online scheduler is frequently down and it has been very difficult to make appointments via phone. They almost didn't honor my free oil change coupon because I was told "they are no longer accepted." The only reason it was accepted was that the manager was helping another customer for a prolonged period of time so my attendant approved it, but did take my coupon card which had one more available oil change. This coupon code was initially given to me in the first place because this dealership did a mileage service and charged me without my knowledge after I had already gotten it done at a different Hyundai dealership.
