The complete review on my dealership is pending as I've had some difficulties thusfar. I will write my FULL review on yelp and other avenues once the issues are resolved. In sales, at this particular Gr had some difficulties thusfar. I will write my FULL review on yelp and other avenues once the issues are resolved. In sales, at this particular Greenway Kia dealership, I dealt with Tyler, internet sales who was Extremely communicative, helpful, empathetic, and not pushy. That was a big deal for me as we don't do well with pushy. I talked with him for MONTHS via text, and he's the only reason we came to the Greenway Kia East dealership. However, we had started a the location in Longwood, with Madhi, who we REALLY liked who is no longer there. Then we went back and were greeted by Megan, with a limp handshake, who after our tour, brought around the Sales Manager when we TOLD her at the beginning of the tour that we weren't ready that day. PUSHY. Avoid the Longwood location. When we came in to Greenway Kia East, we dealt with Shabazz, who is not on your rating list but should be. He was knowledgeable, non pushy, calm and patient. In the absence of a sales manager that first day we came into the Greenway East Dealership (where Tyler was), in the absence of a sales manager, Shabazz brought in some guy with a limp noodle handshake (not how you conduct business), who LIED, and gave us a BEST deal, right off the bat, of and $800/mon payment on just one car. We were buying two. This forced us to Haggle, which made for a VERY STRESSFUL and UNPLEASANT experience. Then he back-pedaled and said that some people consider that first offer a good deal. Really??? I NEVER want to deal with him again, and everytime we come in, he's there. He's a liar because he said the sales people don't work on commission. I don't care what you call it - commission, bonus - whatever it is, it rewards sales for getting customers to the finish line. He also tried to make me feel horrible about my credit which is not in the 700s, but it's not horrid, either. This was his way of saying I was lucky to get what he was offering. Again - HAGGLING. He must have thought that I as a woman was stupid and didn't know better. I'm the one who pays the bills and makes the financial decisions in my family, with my husband's full support. Also been in sales longer than he's been alive. Times have changed, pal. I'm uncomfortable even being near that guy. Ayoub, Sales Manager was Much better. He was responsive, helpful, & communicative even when he was out sick, which I appreciated greatly. Gina, Service Manager was extremely helpful and professional too. Why did I need service on a brand new car? GREAT question! The rear passenger door wasn't aligned properly, causing a loud, anxiety-provoking alarm to blare on our first night taking it home. There is still an issue that needs to be resolved on this BRAND NEW CARNIVAL which is why I'm waiting until it gets resolved to post in other social media. What gets me is that SOMEONE at that dealership Would have noticed that loud alarm before allowing us to drive off in it, and that person, whoever it was IGNORED it. WE didn't catch it until we were on the ride home - the problem with the BRAND NEW CAR. Getting a hold of someone at the dealership, unless it's sales, is a challenge. So if you need to reach someone, dial 1 for sales. Otherwise, if you dial 0, there is a good chance the phone will ring endlessly. Abdel was our finance manager. He was very helpful as well, and we opted for the Gap coverage based on what we presented. He did promise us a copy of the paperwork, which, days later, I still have not received. Waiting on that too. Overall, liked Madhi (no longer there), Shabazz, Ayoub, Gina, and Abdel. However, the whole experience was soured by the pushiness of the others, HAGGLING, making the whole feeling/experience SLIMY. Had we not already researched and decided on the two vehicles we wanted, we would not have returned to Greenway Kia. When it is time to get another vehicle in 3-4 years, I doubt I will visit this dealership again. More

My vehicle was supposed to be done by end of day. It was not and even though I spoke with someone at 5pm and they said they'd get back to me, they never did. I was unable to get my vehicle until the It was not and even though I spoke with someone at 5pm and they said they'd get back to me, they never did. I was unable to get my vehicle until the next morning and then only because I called to check on it. Their computers were down so I know that made it difficult, but that doesn't excuse the vehicle not being done or lack of communication to let me know that. I had to change.several people's plans to accommodate this oversight. I've had more bad experiences than good ones at this service center. More
