After sales service has been disappointing, service manager Gina isn’t responsive to phone calls,,always in meetings! Our EV9 was evaluated for an issue which we provided video proof of the reoccurring manager Gina isn’t responsive to phone calls,,always in meetings! Our EV9 was evaluated for an issue which we provided video proof of the reoccurring problem, of the info screen going, which they couldn’t recreate in their shop and had to elevate it with a case number to Kia and conducted various testing, which didn’t pay out for the three weeks our car was in the shop. Knowing our car was gonna be in the shop for a long period of time we had to ask for a loaner and it seemed like that was an inconvenience in the process, but we were granted a loaner through Hertz till our car returned. Through Greenway, Kia, East and Kia Corp. The issue wasn’t resolved. Lastly, I will say that our service advisor. Finn did a exceptional job doing his part to keep us as informed as he could however, a lot of the communications had to be from the service manager, Gina, and from Kia Corp., which weren’t as informative.. when I purchased the auto for Kia east my main concern was that I needed a cat 3 hitch. I was assured the sportage would support one however, your parts department could not get one for me. it took me was that I needed a cat 3 hitch. I was assured the sportage would support one however, your parts department could not get one for me. it took me several weeks to locate one. hopefully, the one that i found will work. but I have my doubts. I don't think I will buy another Kia from You. don't have a warn and fuzzy feeling dealing with you. More
