The dealership was fine. I took my minivan in close to closing/ had it towed there. I got a call back the next day with an update and, after clicking on the link and approved I took my minivan in close to closing/ had it towed there. I got a call back the next day with an update and, after clicking on the link and approved the repair, the minivan was repaired. I guess they were busy in the shop because after the girl at the checkout counter called for my minivan to be brought out, I waited over an hour and after she noticed and called for the minivan again, it was brought out. More

I describe my experience at Fort Worth Honda as excellent! I was able to do some work while my car was serviced. Why do I bring it to my Honda dealer? Because the work is completed as per Honda spe excellent! I was able to do some work while my car was serviced. Why do I bring it to my Honda dealer? Because the work is completed as per Honda specs and parts; anything else that needs to be done is presented to me for approval; the safety and important items are explained to me clearly; the Service writer Mr. Tyler Rainwater kept me informed throughout the service visit. The environment in the waiting area is busy and professional, enough tables for eating or snacking, and cubicles for customers to do some work. More
