Came in for oil change, stated to salesman that honda of riley sent me a coupon for 59.99. He said he could not do it for that, he said on the website their offer was for 69.99. When I went to pay he change riley sent me a coupon for 59.99. He said he could not do it for that, he said on the website their offer was for 69.99. When I went to pay he changed me 85.99. Plus I told them not to wash my car and they did it anyway. More

Eric was very personable and explained the process to determine if I need to replace the blower motor. It was determined it was needed to be replaced. He explained the process and followed it through to determine if I need to replace the blower motor. It was determined it was needed to be replaced.
