He was very patient while working with us to find just the right car. He was also very very through and made sure we understood every stop of the process. There was no need to play games, he dealt with us fairly and honestly. He did not try to push us into a higher end vehicle that we did not want. Danny and Tyler showed me the car I had in mind, explaining all of its features and letting me drive it for as long as I want. After deciding on the vehicle, we talked numbers a bit. The car was already within the fair range on kbb. Danny had the numbers crunched and got me in-house financing at an extremely competitive rate while only having to put down a third of what I had originally intended. About an hour and a half later, the keys were mine and Tyler showed me most of the features inside the car and ensured that I had all my questions answered. All the staff members I encountered were polite and helpful. I will recommend klaben ford to family and friends in the future! More

They let me ask questions, answered my questions, compared the operation/options to other vehicles in the Ford umbrella, and discussed advantages to Certified Pre-Owned vs. New. Would definitely recommend Joe and Tyler to somebody who knows what they are looking for, thinks they know how it works, but want some confirmation on the vehicle and it's options. More
