I found Jesus in 2025, a turning point that reshaped my life and priorities. I’m a devoted husband to my beautiful wife and a proud father of two amazing boys who inspire me every day. I have a deep passion for all things automotive - especially drag racing - and I also enjoy firearms and building LEGO sets in my downtime. I began my automotive career in September of 2010 as a technician at Goodyear, where I built a strong foundation in hands-on service. In February of 2016, I transitioned into sales, where I discovered a true passion for guiding people through the shopping experience. Helping others make confident, informed decisions is what drives me, and I take pride in combining technical knowledge with genuine, people-first service.

Knowledgeable, friendly, professional I came in to test drive a new MKZ, and review my options. Joe and Tyler were incredibly helpful, candid, and knowledgeable about the vehicles and I came in to test drive a new MKZ, and review my options. Joe and Tyler were incredibly helpful, candid, and knowledgeable about the vehicles and the service. There was no 'push' to get me to make any purchasing decisions. They let me ask questions, answered my questions, compared the operation/options to other vehicles in the Ford umbrella, and discussed advantages to Certified Pre-Owned vs. New. Would definitely recommend Joe and Tyler to somebody who knows what they are looking for, thinks they know how it works, but want some confirmation on the vehicle and it's options. More

Great experience! I went in to get an oil change and came out with a new car! Joe and Tyler were excellent, knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy at all. I was not going to lease another car until the fall, but they gave me good information so I could make an informed decision------plus the discounts that were available due to auto show time helped a great deal. This is the third car I have leased from Klaben and their customer service in sales and service is exceptional. Joe and Tyler are outstanding young men who are very car savvy and know how to treat customers. They made the leasing process painless!
