Originally from Eastern Washington, grew up on a farm and later as a Navy dependent. Served in the US Air Force as an accountant. Began as a service porter in Seattle WA., practiced as a warranty administrator, assistant service manager and as a service manager at two stores with the last one for fifteen years. Have three daughters and a son, with my son and youngest daughter playing sports for Prosper schools. My wife of eighteen years is also in the automotive business and works for one of our competitors.

Pat Lobb, This visit was disappointing, I gave my car for 35K service and I was told that I will get my car by afternoon, this was misleading and car was given back to me next day. Spoke to supervisor, I was 35K service and I was told that I will get my car by afternoon, this was misleading and car was given back to me next day. Spoke to supervisor, I was told this is a grey area , my day was suffered and missed couple of appointments. No apology offered, at-least complimentary rent-a car should have been offered since the vehicle was under warranty and dealership didn’t delivered promise. I was planning to trade in my SUV with a bigger vehicle but now I will choose a different Dealership . Service team is not helpful and doesn’t know how to keep up with client’s dissatisfaction. More

I searched for a car for a long time, And finally found the car I wanted at pat Lobbs of McKinney, Not only the car was nice, Also the service and sales were great, And the finance manager was very helpful the car I wanted at pat Lobbs of McKinney, Not only the car was nice, Also the service and sales were great, And the finance manager was very helpful and friendly; Just about everyone is great at that dealership, And if there is anything wrong they fix it and stand by their words, Which is rare for a car dealership.
