Service was really great as always. I had a new service advisor from the one I previously had when I formally came in for service on my Tundra. The gentleman who helped me this visit wi I had a new service advisor from the one I previously had when I formally came in for service on my Tundra. The gentleman who helped me this visit with the RAV4 which replaced my Tundra, which I loved by the way. It has been a challenge to become accustomed to such a small car. The RAV4 is good with all of new safety features. I really miss my Tundra though. More

Pat Lobb, This visit was disappointing, I gave my car for 35K service and I was told that I will get my car by afternoon, this was misleading and car was given back to me next day. Spoke to supervisor, I was 35K service and I was told that I will get my car by afternoon, this was misleading and car was given back to me next day. Spoke to supervisor, I was told this is a grey area , my day was suffered and missed couple of appointments. No apology offered, at-least complimentary rent-a car should have been offered since the vehicle was under warranty and dealership didn’t delivered promise. I was planning to trade in my SUV with a bigger vehicle but now I will choose a different Dealership . Service team is not helpful and doesn’t know how to keep up with client’s dissatisfaction. More
