Tunde O’Connor was a very responsive person, but technical side of the dealership was not up to the task. I have been three times already for the same reason with no result. Two months ago, an oran technical side of the dealership was not up to the task. I have been three times already for the same reason with no result. Two months ago, an orange engine light came on. I went to the dealership and they told me that we need to replace fuel tank pressure sensor. They did not have it on stock and I paid so they can order it. When the part arrived I went there and they installed it. The very next day the engine light came on again and it was on and off ever since. I called the dealership and was told to bring the car when the light is on so they can scan it. It was not easy to time it and bring it when the light is on so it took me a while, but I brought the car last Saturday 8/17. They scanned it and told me the same code like the previous time – P0451. The technician who ordered the replacement was not there and I was told that they will talk to him and will call me what would be the next step. Nobody has called me so far. I drove three times to the dealership (20 miles one direction), wasted 3 days of my time, spent $700 and still having the same problem. More

Great timely service with my service. I was greeted as soon as I drove in and Tunde took care of me. After my service was completed, I had an unrelated issue and she spent time with me an I was greeted as soon as I drove in and Tunde took care of me. I found this dealership as soon as I moved to St. Augustine and have been with them ever since. Everything about the dealership, from the thoughtful, caring sales person I have always dealt with, to Augustine and have been with them ever since. Everything about the dealership, from the thoughtful, caring sales person I have always dealt with, to the excellent service department, is top notch. My second car was totaled while traveling and when I returned home, Randy Selph and the finance department were super helpful in getting me set up with a new car immediately, even before the insurance settlement check was received. Coiuldn't ask for more! More
