The actual maintenance was very high quality but not worth the dealing with Charmaine Brown at reception. Who made my mother wait for over an hour, after everything was finished. I had to drive to the dealership just to figure out what the hold up was. I don't know what her vandeta against my mom is but it has cost them a customer ( probably not much in the grand scheme). Thank you to Travis and Abby, my mom referenced you by name and it was clear, while I was there that you both were picking up a lot of slack and doing it with a smile. I have used McLoughlin Chevy for decades, even when it was Town and Country, when I bought this 02 Tahoe. I have taken my 87 Monte Carlo SS becuase they had a mechanic who knew his way arouind a QuadreJet was Town and Country, when I bought this 02 Tahoe.
