The experience was good except for dealing with Ryan the closer. We were given an offer on our trade-in one day and the next day it was substantially lower “because the book changed”. He also refused to hol closer. We were given an offer on our trade-in one day and the next day it was substantially lower “because the book changed”. He also refused to hold the car until the next day with a $5,000 deposit on our credit card until we could come back with a check. So he had a salesman drive to our house at night to pick up a check.
