It was one of the most Satisfying vehicle purchasing experiences that i've ever had. Dan Dunham who was our sales agent did a phenomenal job. Dan Dunham set the bar for customer service. The man is a professional who knows his business , and he does it with pride ! I am recommending to all my friends that are thinking about purchasing a new vehicle to go visit Dan Dunham at lithia hyundai of reno. I am 100% satisfied. Dan really took care of us and we are truly grateful because buying a new car can be quite tramatic alot of emotions, self doubt, buyers remorse, almost looking for any excuse to hightail it back home and just pray that tomorrow morning there will be a new car miraculously in the driveway! Even better when I was driving down car lot row kietzke lane I was practicing my super duper can't be gotten over on done massive homework car buying genius charade but not even 5 minutes after walking through the front doors at lithia Hyundai and mingling around the showroom chopping it up with the employees and other car shoppers that whole tough guy act I practiced so keenly simply evaporated and I knew everything thing was going to be fine. The atmosphere at Lithia Hyundai was so relaxing and it was right. Then I just happened to cross paths with Dan Dunham the guy who gave me the best deal on my new car. I would like to wrap this up with those folks at Lithia Hyundai in Reno their not just into selling cars, it occurred to me that those folks provide each of us with peace of mind and a safe means to travel , that's some serious business right there and it wasn't hard to see that each and everyone of those Lithia employees I met took their position very serious and that's huge. And last i learned that Dan Dunham is a marine that served honorably.and is proud to be an american. He and I shared our military experiences and I enjoyed that. Kevin Denney is an absolute class act and Chris made the financial part of it effortless. I cannot believe how they made it so easy. I’ve bought many cars in the past and it’s always been some sort of stint financial part of it effortless. I cannot believe how they made it so easy. We were repeat customers, doing the normal dealership thing of coming in to buy a car and negotiate. Chris single handedly lost the sale by not only using a ‘tale it or leave it’ approach to the negotiat thing of coming in to buy a car and negotiate. Chris single handedly lost the sale by not only using a ‘tale it or leave it’ approach to the negotiation. “Our website is our lowest we will not negotiate” Also, every single time my wife asked a question he answered to me only. I am not sure if he was trying to intimidate me with his weird eye contact, or if it was because my wife is a woman, or if it is because she is Asian. Either way. We were repeat buyers who wanted at least a tiny amount of leeway for a lay down sale and he instead threw the paperwork down on the desk and stormed out without a word as though he was absolutely xxxxxx that we would dare to waste his 5 minutes after we sat there for 28 minutes waiting for his slow xxx after he was called up to the front to “negotiate” More
