I have gone to Lance since I bought my vehicle besides a few times where I had to go with someone else cause he was booked up! Thank you for all you do! I wish they would stop trying to offer me a deal on a few times where I had to go with someone else cause he was booked up! Thank you for all you do! I wish they would stop trying to offer me a deal on a new car cause they ain’t gonna match them Covid contracts that I got and are trying to get me in a higher monthly payment so I find that disrespectful cause they think they can persuade me enough to fall for 0% interest for only 90 days then it jumps to 7-10% and paying $800+ a month for a small SUV instead of a truck or a big SUV like the Palisade and no gap, free lifetime oil changes, etc. Only downfall is getting ahold of someone in the service department when you need to talk to them. Takes them 48 hours to a week to call you back other than that service department is great and they are always nice! 5 Stars and they deserve a raise. Thank you again! More

He is by far the best service person I've ever worked with . I want to give him a100 score. I've bought a new Hyundai every two years and Lance is the only person I'll let touch it. Great communication, quick service Lance was great at communicating. He kept in touch through calls, voicemails, and texts. Although my warranty and shipping took over a week, the actual servicing took o communicating. He kept in touch through calls, voicemails, and texts. Although my warranty and shipping took over a week, the actual servicing took only a day which is great! Plus he took a look at the car a week before he was scheduled to. Very happy with the service!
