This was one of the most positive experiences I have had at a car dealership out of buying approximately 12 cars over my lifetime. Purchased a 2021 Kia Forte LXS from Tom a week ago. It was complicated due to the fact the car was a gift for my granddaughter, who was in College in upstate NY.
