Deceptive Consumer Treatment of BMW. Beware of Flemington BMW on the way they will deceptively try to sell you a BMW. I have been a loyal BMW owner for over 20 years and BMW just changed Beware of Flemington BMW on the way they will deceptively try to sell you a BMW. I have been a loyal BMW owner for over 20 years and BMW just changed their maintenance program this year to really skinny it down. They do not tell the consumer this at all and when you ask them about it, especially my salesperson, Tom Terrill, he will lie to you about the program. Even worse, the finance manager, Becky, will not disclose the changes in the maintenance program to you. Neither fully disclosed the changes, even when asked specifically about changes to the program. This is not a dealership that I would ever recommend to anyone and beware of these two individuals. BMW has made this change to the previous all included maintenance program and is not in anyway making sure consumers are informed about it!!! More

It might have been easier going to a dealership closer to home. Some of the largest BMW dealerships in the US, if not the world, are in our backyard outside NYC, but our trust in Tom and Flemington BMW is absolute - a truly are thing in the modern world. Until we found Tom and FBMW, we had some horrendous car-buying experiences. All too often, our experiences were overly adversarial - getting to yes was a test of mental combat arms. I strayed from the field and bought another car brand a few years ago while may wife stayed with BMW. Comparing and contrasting my experience with hers was jarring. Watching FBMW bring a loaner car to our house 27 miles away when my wife's care need servicing turned me green with envy. I would recommend FBMW to everyone in the market for a German luxury car. More

This is my 3rd X3 with Flemington BMW My 3 year lease of my 2014 BMW X3 began to creep up on me a few months back when I started going over mileage. I knew Tom Terrill was my go to sales r My 3 year lease of my 2014 BMW X3 began to creep up on me a few months back when I started going over mileage. I knew Tom Terrill was my go to sales rep since my parents had leased and financed a total of 6 cars with him. Tom started working with me several months back trying to get me out of my lease and into a new 2017 X3 executive model. He kept in contact with me every month via phone or email giving me options with new inventory. He understood I was a little more price sensitive this time around so he kept searching and checking in with me over the course of several months. About two weeks ago, two cars came in off of auction that Tom thought may be a good match for what I was looking for and also considering my price range. Tom was right! He had found what I was looking for... right down to the color :) Upon delivery of my 2017 X3, Tom went through all the technical details of the car with me as well as setting up my BMW assist before I drove away. I also received Sirius radio for a 5 month promotional period. He made sure to transport all of my belongings from my old vehicle while I was signing paperwork and even offered to return the old license plates for me. Tom and BMW Flemington were ON POINT from the beginning to end of my visit. I HIGHLY recommend checking out this dealership and meeting with Tom. He is highly knowledgeable, an amazing sales rep, and just a really nice guy! The warranty program from BMW and the Flemington BMW Service center is unlike any other dealership I have been to as they are simply put, exceptional!
