Maybe it's the euphoria of the new car smell (new to me), mixed with the excitement that comes with owning a new vehicle (upgrading from a 2014 328i). Whatever the circumstances, I came away with lasting impressions. Shopping at Flemington BMW was truly an unexpectedly pleasant surprise. I drove 6+ hours through three states for this purchase and I don't regret a single minute of the trip. Distinctively: Tom: You're a class act, my good man. Thanks for sharing your knowledge about the vehicle and taking time to answer my questions, explaining every possible detail. Also, thanks for the pen! Noha: A true lioness, fierce yet kind. Never change, lady... never change! Connor: You look like my buddy from FL! Thanks for taking time to show me around the showroom. ...last and most definitely not least, Cindy: I can't thank you enough for answering all my calls, text messages, emails, etc., and especially for the unexpected FaceTime on your day off and needing to put your hair up (BTW, you still looked great!) just to talk to me. They were very responsive from the Internet initial inquiry response person, Ralph, to meeting with the sales team, Vince the head of sales, and then with my dedicated sales advisor, Tom Terrill. Tom answered all my questions on the test drive and afterwards, there wasn't anything he didn't know about the specs and iDrive 7 software. He made everything very understandable and had some great pointers for how I wanted to use the vehicle features. Cathy the finance manager made the purchase experience painless, and explained everything in a clear understandable manner. More
