Two weeks ago I had my car in for service and the loaner was a new 8 series BMW Second car bought here. And the salesman Tom Terrill. is just SUPERB. Two weeks ago I had my car in for service and the loaner was a new 8 series BMW - $100K plus. The car took a little longer to get serviced. As a result I had to keep the loaner car an additional two days as I was caught in New York on business and my BMW M4 does not handle snow. They said fine. Not a single push back. In my 8 + years of working with them I have never had a single bad experience. More
