Well, I ended up buying a new Crosstrek and it was a very easy and very friendly process. Rudy was accommodating in every way - kind, personable, SO helpful, knew his stuff! Teddy was great too! It was like talking to old friends. Would definitely buy from Rudy again. Great ride back to Vermont, driving my new "Vermont State Car" - the SUBARU!!!
