The first salesman I had didn't call or email me back until a week had gone by . When I then called after a week, he did answer the phone but couldn't help me cuz he had things to do at home. We worked with Juan (and Tom) to purchase a used car remotely. The process was very smooth and both Juan and Tom communicated with use very well. They had just went through a severe storm that caused ha remotely. The process was very smooth and both Juan and Tom communicated with use very well. They had just went through a severe storm that caused hail damage to a large number of vehicles, including ours, they told me that they will be fixing the hail damage at no cost once they have everything scheduled which is great. The whole process of paperwork and pickup went smoothly., Highly recommend Eau Claire Nissan, Juan, and Tom. More

Good time dropping off the car, and they had a loaner for me to use to get home, 35 miles away!! They got the job done in an efficient manner, much earlier than I was told to expect it finished by!!
