I must add the technicians are remarkable and work feverishly to ensure the job gets done right! Sales and Finance teams are stellar. Body shop is knowledgeable and professional. The vehicle I purchased from this location is still very new but can't wait to come here when my vehicle needs parts. I Highly recommend the dealership as a whole and will be a customer for Life. Fixed a problem that another dealer did not. After taking the F-150 to a dealer closer to my house (twice) for an intermittent problem - I was told that since the problem wasn't noticed during th After taking the F-150 to a dealer closer to my house (twice) for an intermittent problem - I was told that since the problem wasn't noticed during the short time they drove it, they couldn't fix it. I took it to Randall Reed, and the tech noticed that the description matched a TSB that had been out over a year. Truck repaired and the issue has not re-appeared. More
