My Ioniq 5 has been in 3 times for an intermittent dead 12v battery issue. The service department has not been helpful suggesting that the battery was just bad, while I've been without a vehicle for over 3 12v battery issue. During the last 2 visits they were also supposed to perform the 4000 & 8000 mile service, but after each visit the dash still has the service vehicle indicator on. More
