Eric took care of me and found out what was causing my issue which 3 different times I had my car in for service at 3 different locations and everyone kept telling me there was nothing wrong with my tires issue which 3 different times I had my car in for service at 3 different locations and everyone kept telling me there was nothing wrong with my tires. The service department was very professional, polite, and fully explained all work being done. Previously, I've been dealing with three different Vision Hyundai service departments and they were incompetent, fully explained all work being done. Previously, I've been dealing with three different Vision Hyundai service departments and they were incompetent, not professional and falsified paperwork regarding work they were supposed to be doing. I also received No support from reporting these issues to the Hyundai Corporate Customer Service. They only replied that they had no authority or accountability when it came to the dealerships they licensed, which I was astonished to hear. We'll, my experience with Matthew Hyundai was a difference between night-and-day over the Vision locations. I was extremely extremely pleased. More
