All the employees I interacted with were very polite and courteous. One minor customer satisfaction suggestion. Other that this would easily be a 5-star rating. It can be awkward when you first arrive and are waiting to check in. The service employees all may be busy assisting other customers. It's such a narrow area and one is just standing around in an open area. It would be nice to have an employee acknowledge your presence with a quick, polite remark that they'll be with you very shortly. *** I don't recall who I worked with at the dealership, but could not submit the questionnaire without doing so. We waited over 4hrs to Close the Deal on our 2020 CRV AWD! Dunno if that was an intentional "Ploy", to get us to agree to pay MORE; but we did in fact paid ~$200 more per month than we intended!
