One of my best experiences. The process to check in was efficient. Waited at the dealership and the duration was very reasonable for the work being performed. All the employees I interacted with were very polite and courteous. One minor customer satisfaction suggestion. Other that this would easily be a 5-star rating. It can be awkward when you first arrive and are waiting to check in. The service employees all may be busy assisting other customers. It's such a narrow area and one is just standing around in an open area. It would be nice to have an employee acknowledge your presence with a quick, polite remark that they'll be with you very shortly. *** I don't recall who I worked with at the dealership, but could not submit the questionnaire without doing so. My experience with the service department has been nothing but pleasant. Honda of Kenosha is the best Honda dealer in the area. I’ve tried multiple locations and their service can’t be beat.
