Samual, the service advisor, was very helpful, kept me informed & worked with me on a critical repairs as well as outstanding recalls & scheduled maintenance, while my car was in. He coordinated a loaner informed & worked with me on a critical repairs as well as outstanding recalls & scheduled maintenance, while my car was in.
