The BMW store Cincinnati was amazing!!! I had the pleasure of meeting with Tim Morrison who were very helpful, and did the great job. I did most of the leg work remotely over phone which included ema pleasure of meeting with Tim Morrison who were very helpful, and did the great job. Tim searched for and made the exact car I wanted at a great price. also made sure to show me all the ins and outs of my car before driving off the lot. He even contacted me a few times to see how things were going and if I had any questions. I had an overall great experience at The BMW store Cincinnati. Top notch quality and professionalism. I couldn't have had a better experience. Highly recommend this location. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!! More

The BMW Store is welcoming and friendly. They go out of the I worked with Tim Morrison. He is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He explains everything and listens. He did not continuously call me as some o I worked with Tim Morrison. He is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He explains everything and listens. He did not continuously call me as some other dealers did, but he was prompt in calling with information I requested. I was overwhelmed by all the packages and choices. He explained them and helped me choose the right ones for me. I love my BMW X3. I worked with Eric Fender in Finance. He explained everything to my husband and I and even showed us a way to save money and showed us that we had a larger rebate than we were expecting. I worked with Susan Ward to setup my key and learn about the car. She is patient and kind. I'm ready to go back and tweak my learning and I can't wait. All in all, whenever I go back to the BMW Store, everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend them. More
