He is very professional in his manner and knowledgeable about his product line and is therefore helpful when choosing the correct vehicle. I trusted him so much that when it came time to pick out another lease vehicle, I leased a vehicle, even though I could not test drive it. Tim knew that I would be happy with it, and he was right, as we just bought-out the lease!!! I absolutely LOVE my X4 M40i, cannot say enough wonderful things about it!!!
