Tim Morrison, our salesman, showed us the car and reviewed all the features and then left us on our own to drive. Once we brought the car back, Tim answered our questions. He did not pressure us for a decision but did followed up a day later via email and then met us with the car he thought I would want We re-test drove the car. Tim and the rest of the staff made the purchase process easy. I hope this starts many years of business with The BMW Store. More

Before delivery a small scratch was discovered on bumper. They would not deliver the car until this was corrected to my satisfaction. This is an example of thoroughness of this dealership. Mr Morrison accommodated my schedule for a new delivery date. Ric Koresky explained in detail the minor problem, repair that was done and documented it for me. I may have not noticed the minor blemish if they hadn't told me about it. He stated they would not release a vehicle unless it was perfect. I appreciate their honesty and thoroughness. More

Tim began to show my wife and me the car and it sold itself. (Obviously it's BMW, although Tim helped with a lot of info on the new tech, we already own a 2008 528i) Tim Morrison took us through the sales process and was very well informed about the car and it's specs. I think I've found a good salesman for life. We were greeted at the door and helped as soon as we showed up, very comfortable, with no pressure, and Tim is a super likable guy so he fits well with the brand. All in all a great experience. Will definitely use them again!!! More

Tim was truly OUTSTANDING, in that their was no salesmanship and his #1 goal was to ensure he understood what I wanted and had a great experience. Within 48 hours he found exactly what I was looking for and we were able to quickly get to a great and fair price on the pre-owned X3 and my trade in. There was no hassle and fuss, and Tim went the extra mile to ensure I was 150% a happy customer. I love my BMW X3, and working with the BMW Store and Tim reset my car buying expectations. My first visit was in October just to get a feel for the different models BMW offered. A second visit in November to drive a 430 to see how I liked it. A third visit in December where I told them I was not going to spend time negotiating I just wanted their best offer and that's exactly what they provided. I highly recommend visiting the BMW Store if you are interested in a BMW. Even if your not, BMW's selection of vehicles is worth seeing. More
