I have been coming to Honda Eatontown since the purchase of my CRV in January of 2019. I feel very comfortable with the service department. Usually Russell takes care of me but this time it was Tiffany. Sh of my CRV in January of 2019. I feel very comfortable with the service department. Usually Russell takes care of me but this time it was Tiffany. She was very nice too. She was friendly and knew what service was needed for this trip. She gave me an estimated time of 2 hours and she was accurate with the estimate. She also told me what the status of my tires' wear was and by next oil chance the recommendation would be to replace the tires. Both Russell and Tiffany belong in customer service.
