I had my daughter’s Honda civic serviced at the Brandon Honda dealership. The service advisor ensured a thorough assessment and told me which repairs needed attention now and which ones could wait for a f Honda dealership. Tom Sharpe is AMAZING at his job, knows what the customer needs before the customer tells him. He is TRULY a 5 STAR guy. I can't say enough about this GENTLEMAN, but if "HE" was the face of QUALITY SERVICE needs before the customer tells him. He is TRULY a 5 STAR guy. I can't say enough about this GENTLEMAN, but if "HE" was the face of QUALITY SERVICE for HONDA. I would say that HONDA hit that "NAIL" on the HEAD! Someone needs to put him in the sales dept. I would buy a new HONDA from him even if I wasn't looking to buy a new one. More
