Austin was, without question, the worst part of this entire experience. His communication was terrible. Calls went unanswered, messages were ignored, and I constantly had to chase him down for update entire experience. His communication was terrible. At several points, it felt like getting a response from him was harder than buying the actual vehicle. The most frustrating part is that I specifically told Austin I have an 8-month-old and a 2-year-old and asked one simple question before purchasing the vehicle remotely: does it smell like smoke? I was assured it did not. The car arrived and, within seconds of opening the door, multiple people commented on the smoke smell. There is no other way to say it—I told him I had two small children and he sold me an ashtray on wheels. Thankfully, Chris, his sales manager, stepped in and actually got things done. Chris was responsive, professional, and followed through when Austin would not. If Chris hadn’t gotten involved, I genuinely don’t know where this situation would stand today. Thomas in finance was excellent. Transparent, efficient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He was easily the best part of the entire transaction. If this review were based solely on Austin, it would be one star. Chris and Thomas are the reason it’s higher. More

We were supposed to have one salesman and got a different salesman on May 9th,2026. The salesman we got wasn't that familiar with the vehicle we chose but tried to help the best that he could. His name is Kevin Williams, and he tried to answer our questions but didn't offer any additional information on how to set up the different Apps. Thomas Jackson was our Finance guy, and he sold us things we didn't need for instance Extended Warranty and Gap insurance. More

The process was quick and relatively painless. My payments are higher than I wanted but are par for the course for my trade and credit. The only drawback was I arrived about an hour before close so everything was a little too fast. By the time I realized additional questions and concerns, the deal was done and it was a few days later. Getting a response before the sale was very prompt, but brutal afterwards. Now, I have a great vehicle, decently priced, with only 1 key and no owner's manual. I didn't think about inquiring on that before I finished the sale. I am probably about to end up spending $3-500 on a key (fob) because I didn't think or have the time to see if they would add it into my sale or offer to get it as a perk since the total time from initial contact to sale was less than a week. Lesson learned. More
