Have had 4 Hondas over past 15 years, probably 500,000 miles. Have son 2014 Civic which now has 179 k miles no problems. My 2020 Pilot just went over 100k miles. Tom under promised, but over delivered on the estimated time to perform the oil change. He was professional, pleasant and easy to work with. I arrive at 7:00 A.M. on a Saturday. I still think that it is time to perform the oil change. He was professional, pleasant and easy to work with. I arrive at 7:00 A.M. on a Saturday.
