I previously issued a 5-star rating. I have to retract that and issue a 1-star rating now unfortunately. I have send dealing with this dealership for 60 days now to no avail to try and received the title that and issue a 1-star rating now unfortunately. I need to register this vehicle in the state of Missouri but no one will give me the title not the Arizona Department of Motor Vehicles in which Tucson Subaru registered it with for some strange reason. Nor Bank of America which I finance through Tucson Subaru to obtain the vehicle. I should have done neither of those. Do not buy an internet sales out of state from this dealership they are inept. More

Mike Henry at Tucson Subaru was great! Easiest car shopping experience I've ever had. No high pressure sales at all. I've heard this about him from friends as well who came in to look at cars. A very knowledgeable and hardworking employee. And once purchased the salesperson was very patient and answered all of my questions! Good customer service and a nice vehicle. I think I will love this Subaru Forester! I was told that another Subaru employee will be contacting me within two week to see if they can answer any additional questions I may have with regard to features on the vehicle. I believe Subaru really wants their customers to have the best experience possible. The sales manager, Terry Iseminger came by and introduced himself and gave me his business card saying if I needed anything to contact him also. I was toured around the facility and shown where the service department is. Traci in Finance was equally helpful and efficient. So far I'm very pleased! More

Such a pleasant surprise to find out in bits and peaces how many of the big and little issues involved in buying a car your sales force and staff have mastered while being uncommonly friendly, careful, and genuine. Please keep it that way. I spend the year before buying a new car girding my loins (as they say in the bible) for a major confrontation - at least a lot of touchy, or manipulative, or suspicious moments. They haven't happened so far in any of my various visits to your dealership. If more organizations behaved as yours does, American would be a much better place. (And there is not a good reason they can't behave to your high standard). For all that I thank you and expect these observations to last. Great job!
