We have visited, texted, and purchased cars at Tucson Subaru over the last three years; always with Trent. In search of a vehicle to replace the Outback we discussed several vehicles with the Ascent always out front. Visiting a nearby competitor, driving a Highlander, and parking it next to the Outback we returned to Tucson Subaru. The test drive with Trent clinched it! Fantastic experience on out of town purchase I stopped into visit Tucson Subaru in early November when I was down from my home in Durango, CO. Shawna greeted my son and me when we walked on the I stopped into visit Tucson Subaru in early November when I was down from my home in Durango, CO. Shawna greeted my son and me when we walked on the lot. I told her that I was considering a Forrister but was not ready to make a purchase decision at that point. She took her time to show me the various models and was very patient. I declined the test drive as I was not ready to make a purchase. After going back home to Durango, I decided on the sport model and went to the local dealer to find one. Unfortunately, the Durango dealer did not have any of the 2020 Forrister models in stock. I called Shawna and explained that I would be back in Tucson in 2 weeks and was interested in negotiating on a sport model that they had on the lot. Shawna made the process so easy and was so pleasant to work with. We settled on a price that I was happy with. I then found that there was some sales tax issues between Arizona and Colorado that needed to be worked out. Shawna put me in touch with Terry who helped me work out the issues with the sales tax complications between the two states. Upon arriving in Tucson on the day before Thanksgiving Shawna had the car gassed up and ready to go. I then sat down with Louie Ascencio to arranged the financing. The entire process was a pleasure. Each member of the Tucson Subaru staff was extremely polite and helpful with no pressure. Overall a very enjoyable experience. I would give this dealership my highest recommendation. More
