Please keep it that way. I spend the year before buying a new car girding my loins (as they say in the bible) for a major confrontation - at least a lot of touchy, or manipulative, or suspicious moments. They haven't happened so far in any of my various visits to your dealership. If more organizations behaved as yours does, American would be a much better place. (And there is not a good reason they can't behave to your high standard). For all that I thank you and expect these observations to last. Great job!
