The adviser won’t consider to check the car or give time to diagnose the problem. I been with the dealer over 14 years and I have 3 car. He doesn’t try to see who is the client or give some attention the to diagnose the problem. I been with the dealer over 14 years and I have 3 car. He doesn’t try to see who is the client or give some attention the way other advisers done for me with all years. He’s a new and doesn’t know how he deal with loyal customer.
