The adviser won’t consider to check the car or give time to diagnose the problem. I been with the dealer over 14 years and I have 3 car. He doesn’t try to see who is the client or give some attention the to diagnose the problem. I been with the dealer over 14 years and I have 3 car. He doesn’t try to see who is the client or give some attention the way other advisers done for me with all years. He’s a new and doesn’t know how he deal with loyal customer. Very disappointed and left the dealer upset and unsatisfied. More

I only trust the Lexus of North Miami dealership because I know that they genuinely care about my needs and wants and want to help me find something that actually suits me and addresses all my concerns. Kons was the best! He was very knowledgeable and personable. However, the financial analyst (not sure of the correct term for the title), Syid was horrible if you can, He was very knowledgeable and personable. However, the financial analyst (not sure of the correct term for the title), Syid was horrible if you can, go to anyone but him. He was rude, and condescending, and practically ruined my new car-buying experience. His apathetic demeanor should not be one that anyone has to endure, nor should excuses be made excuses for his behavior toward customers. Working with customers is a choice, and if you can't do that, then don't work for an industry that prides itself on providing customer satisfaction or one where you have to deal with customers daily. I have been a loyal Lexus owner for over 15 years and have owned three Lexus vehicles, purchasing each one at a different Lexus dealership. I have even gotten my family members to purchase a Lexus. I did this because they are reliable vehicles, but I have to admit, this has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. If it were not for Kons and Q who helped salvage whatever greatness was left of this experience, Lexus would have been out of a loyal customer and my hard-earned money. More
