Overall they did a great job on my car and Jennifer was great! However, some of the staff needs to work on customer service. It was my first time there and the women who initially assisted me gave me attit great! However, some of the staff needs to work on customer service. It was my first time there and the women who initially assisted me gave me attitude for not knowing where I was supposed to go when entering… With service being all the way in the back I would suggest a sign as you walk in pointing you in the direction of service, and for the staff to not be so hostile. Everyone question I asked after the fact, I was met with crappy, rude responses, they couldn’t care less. Other than that staff member my experience with Jennifer was great and my car has run smooth since. More
