I came for an oil change and brake that makes a sound every time I press on the brake, it sounds like wind going into a tunnel. The service adviser, Bryan Salas, told me it is a common sound for the brak every time I press on the brake, it sounds like wind going into a tunnel. I have driven many different cars, but never have I heard this type of sound from the brakes of other vehicles. If I have known that the CRV’s brake makes this type of sound every time you press the brake pedal and it gets worse the more you drive it, I would not have purchase the CRV. I am disappointed. More

The Norm Reeves Honda Superstore is an awesome store. My car buying experience was great, the process was quick and the staff were amazing. However the reason I am writing this review is because recently I had some issues arise of a finance nature that my sales person Susanna Yim was able to answer for me. I am not writing this simply because she answered some of my questions, but to commend Susanna for her good ethics and customer hospitality. I bought my car six months prior to this review, and Susanna was no longer obligated to answer me back as the sale was already closed and signed. However, after I sent her a text asking some questions, no longer than day later did she respond and answer my questions. This kind of service goes beyond what is asked. During my car purchasing I noticed in Susanna’s office that she was given multiple awards for excellent customer service. I can see why. Susanna is a great car sales person, and I highly recommend her. Thanks Susanna. I love the car. It’s been serving me well. More
