Sales need to understand more about the most important concerns regarding individual customer experience of a first time EV user, battery charger and practical maintenance of the vehicle, how and what nee concerns regarding individual customer experience of a first time EV user, battery charger and practical maintenance of the vehicle, how and what needs to pay attention. Sales are too rush to get the deal and need to listen to customers’ preferences. Though I took this color of this EV which I wasn’t originally want because sales told me that’s all they have but then later Ieft and exit the parking lot , I saw my preferred color in the lot . That is quite disappointing because I told the sales agent I wish to get the pearl emerald color when we were in the parking lot trying the vehicle and then she said there isn’t that color , she said the dealer only has blue and white . Not so satisfied with this dealer and agent And when I asked agent and call center for help , all they do is just gave me the phone number and route me to the department Make me feel as a consumer to purchase a vehicle in a private company was placing in a public entity service that no one can really help and the front line aren’t experienced to serve the customer. If sales or CS gets bonus for this end of year , if I am the owner of Honda , I won’t consider too much and not even consider promotion of this kind of employees. I was shocked when our Country has that kind of services in a private entity . More
