Sales are too rush to get the deal and need to listen to customers’ preferences.
Though I took this color of this EV which I wasn’t originally want because sales told me that’s all they have but then later Ieft and exit the parking lot , I saw my preferred color in the lot . That is quite disappointing because I told the sales agent I wish to get the pearl emerald color when we were in the parking lot trying the vehicle and then she said there isn’t that color , she said the dealer only has blue and white .
Not so satisfied with this dealer and agent
And when I asked agent and call center for help , all they do is just gave me the phone number and route me to the department
Make me feel as a consumer to purchase a vehicle in a private company was placing in a public entity service that no one can really help and the front line aren’t experienced to serve the customer. If sales or CS gets bonus for this end of year , if I am the owner of Honda , I won’t consider too much and not even consider promotion of this kind of employees. I was shocked when our Country has that kind of services in a private entity .
