Dean was knowledgeable, While shopping for a new car, I found my experience at the BMW store much more enjoyable than the other dealerships I visited. Dean was knowledgeable, and did not waste my time when it came to finalizing the purchase. The car is fantastic. My new X3 was delivered within 3 weeks of ordering from the factory, which is impressive. However, it seems that there could be some improvement in tracking the date of arrival. My date moved back 3 times, causing some disruption to my commute plans. More

My final deal was a good value in both my trade-in and my new vehicle price. Ultimately, the test drive is what sold me on my new BMW. The follow-up after the sale has been excellent. The additions I made to the vehicle were completed quickly. The BMW Genius/Product Specialist was outstanding and either answered all my questions on the spot or found out the answers. More

He was an absolute pleasure to work with through all aspects of the purchase. He was thoroughly knowledgeable of the car and made the purchase very easy and comfortable for us. He was also a big reason that we went back to the BMW Store for our most recent purchase. We also found the time spent with Susan Ward to be very valuable and helpful. Jemar Dubose was also very helpful in completing the purchase. We would gladly recommend the BMW Store to anyone. More

A dealership that really cares about their customers I had been looking for a 2015 328I and had been to about six dealerships. I stopped in the BMW store and struck up a conversation with Dean Stathes. Dean was very mild mannered and I respected his low key approach. I told Dean what I was looking for and then gave him a price. After considering my price the two of us agreed to a middle ground and I bought the car immediately. I told Dean I was not interested in a great deal of other extras...i.e...extended warranties.... and he never once pressed me for anything else. I also enjoyed my time with Susan who spent time going over all the features of the car. I have bought many other vehicles in my years and never once was I treated with the care that this dealership gave me. I know we have several years to work together with service and other experiences but so far they have impressed me more than any other dealer I have purchased a vehicle from. More

Susan Warf my salesperson responded quickly to my original email to test drive the car. They even let me drive it for 2 days to see if an EV fit my lifestyle. FInancing was painless . I shared my budget and after some back and forth they gave me a good price for a 2 yr lease. Great cars and super staff, I'd recommend this store to anyone looking for information on a new vehicle!
