My only tiny feedback—unrelated to Eddie and Steven—is that I never received a phone call after Costco connected me to South Bay Hyundai. After a week, I called SB Hyudai. In my other experiences with dealerships through the Costco program, the dealer called quickly after Costco made the connection. More
