Very happy with my smooth purchase with South Bay Hyundai through the Costco program. Eddie and Steven were very patient and understanding of my requests and always made me feel valued and understood. I've r through the Costco program. My only tiny feedback—unrelated to Eddie and Steven—is that I never received a phone call after Costco connected me to South Bay Hyundai. After a week, I called SB Hyudai. In my other experiences with dealerships through the Costco program, the dealer called quickly after Costco made the connection. More
