Unfortunately my sales rep Steve was not available to complete my transaction due to a personal emergency so the end of the process was handled by someone in the office. Once I signed the paperwork an complete my transaction due to a personal emergency so the end of the process was handled by someone in the office. Once I signed the paperwork and provided the check, I was handed the keys and pointed in the direction of the car. No walk through or explanation of the features as I had with other car purchases. . From the time my wife and I stepped on to the dealership lot. We were greeted by an extremely friendly man named Steve. Steve took great care us by getting us in touch with Roman who was the gentleman who r lot. We were greeted by an extremely friendly man named Steve. Steve took great care us by getting us in touch with Roman who was the gentleman who reached out to via phone and email due to my interest in a 2021 Honda CRV. All our questions were answered an we felt the service was top notch. Everyone from Steve, David and Roman were all extremely friendly and certainly made our visit to Martin Mainline Honda worth the trip. My wife and i are so far extremely happy with purchase of the 2021 Honda CRV. Absolutely love the car and hope the service department is just as good as the sales team! Look forward to dealing more with Martins Mainline Honda! More

The wrong user manual. I am still trying to figure out some of the features. No answer from anyone. When I caught the salesman on his cell, he offered ideas about what I could do.... I am on my own.
