One thing that really stood out was how great Helena was with my three young daughters. Car buying can be a long process with little kids, but she went out of her way to keep them engaged and entertained, which made the experience so much less stressful for my family. That level of customer service didn’t go unnoticed and was truly appreciated. I’d also like to thank Andre in Finance. He worked hard to help negotiate a deal that fit my budget and clearly explained all of my financing options. I appreciated his professionalism, transparency, and willingness to work with me to make everything come together. Overall, buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Helena and Andre made the process smooth, enjoyable, and family-friendly. I never felt pressured, and I left feeling confident in my purchase.
