Bill claimed that he would talk to the service manager to see if we could get a discount one a maintenance that’s due at 100,000 miles and we purchased at 98,000. He never did it. The car is also missing a cap on the back door handle and he said he would order it. He got the sale and never followed up because he had another customer. It felt like he didn’t care once he got his sale. I felt a little uneasy leaving feeling like I was swindled by a used car salesman. This is my 3rd car I brought from Martin Mainline Honda and my expectations were high from my first 2 experiences. More
