Andre Woods and Martin Main Line Honda are utterly unresponsive to customer follow-up. Once you drive the care off the dealer lot, they no longer care about customer satisfactions. I had an excellent experience at Main Line Honda from start to finish. Helena was my salesperson, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressu start to finish. Helena was my salesperson, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out was how great Helena was with my three young daughters. Car buying can be a long process with little kids, but she went out of her way to keep them engaged and entertained, which made the experience so much less stressful for my family. That level of customer service didn’t go unnoticed and was truly appreciated. I’d also like to thank Andre in Finance. He worked hard to help negotiate a deal that fit my budget and clearly explained all of my financing options. I appreciated his professionalism, transparency, and willingness to work with me to make everything come together. Overall, buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Helena and Andre made the process smooth, enjoyable, and family-friendly. I never felt pressured, and I left feeling confident in my purchase.
